A powerful product that was hard to explain — and an old site that couldn’t sell it.
migRaven has spent 25 years in identity, access and data security. MAX is their new platform: an AI assistant on top of a knowledge graph that connects Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, file servers and more than 90 data sources.
The buyers — IT leaders, security officers and admins in German-speaking companies — are sceptical and busy. The launch needed more than a refreshed homepage: a story those buyers trust, a site the marketing team can run themselves, and a way to turn interest into qualified conversations.
What we did
Everything between a finished product and a pipeline of qualified conversations: the story, the site, the funnel and the tools the team uses every day.
Positioning and messaging
Together with migRaven’s team: “Your IT landscape. Finally fully under control.” One promise, told as a platform journey — understand, clean up, manage, audit, migrate — plus solution pages for IAM, migration and clean-up.
A launch site on a headless CMS
A new Next.js site on Payload CMS replaced the WordPress install, with old URLs mapped to the new structure and every page editable by the marketing team.
Product shown, not described
Instead of static screenshots, the homepage renders the product interface itself — dashboards, AI answers and clean-up flows — so visitors see MAX working.
A lead engine with numbers
A three-step free infrastructure check, contact requests, webinar registrations and document downloads — all counted in a lead dashboard inside the CMS, with period comparisons.
Packaging and pricing
Three editions — Compliance, Governance and One — with a clear upgrade path and a licensing page that answers the questions buyers ask first.
Content and newsletter engine
Blog, webinars, resources and a newsletter archive, with double opt-in campaigns — plus an AI editor that drafts posts and edits pages from plain-language requests.
German and English
A full English version under /en for international prospects, with localized links, blog and webinars.
Built for the event launch
An on-site banner and article for secIT digital 2026, and editable QR codes with short links, so printed material can point somewhere new later.
Sales enablement studio
A brand studio inside the CMS that produces on-brand documents and presentations, plus a shared library of brand assets for the whole team.
A closer look at migRaven.MAX

MAX gets a face: the AI and knowledge graph story, carried by the product’s character.

Three value pillars, each proven with a live product card instead of a claim.

Packaging buyers can compare in a minute: Compliance, Governance and One.

The free infrastructure check: a three-step funnel that qualifies leads before sales calls.

The content engine: blog, webinars and resources, here announcing the secIT digital 2026 talk.

The full English site, ready for prospects outside the DACH region.
How we got there
- 01
Find the story
We distilled 25 years of expertise and a very technical product into one promise and a five-step platform journey buyers can follow.
- 02
Replatform the website
A new site and CMS replaced the old WordPress install, with the existing URL structure mapped to protect search visibility.
- 03
Build the funnel
A free infrastructure check, editions page and contact paths, with every lead source counted in the CMS from day one.
- 04
Launch around the moment
Event banner, article and QR codes for secIT digital 2026 — plus newsletters and webinars to follow up the conversations.
- 05
Keep growing
English localization, new solution pages, an AI editor and a sales studio, shipped continuously alongside the launch.
Built with
A product launch that keeps working after launch day.
migRaven.MAX now has a clear story, a site that shows the product doing its job, and a lead engine the team can read at a glance — in German and English.
Because marketing owns the CMS, the newsletter and the content tools, the launch didn’t end on Day Zero. It became the start of a growth loop the team runs themselves.
